Builds the "Cancel" page with internationalisation.
Parameters
- i18n: i18n
  The internationalisation object.
- database: BunSQLiteDatabase
  The project's database.
- tripToken: string
  The token of the trip.
Returns Response
A semantic HTML page with a form to cancel the trip, in case the trip wasn't cancelled. Otherwise, returns a page letting the user know so.
